Prices

All prices include bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking. The only additional charge is the local tax of € 3.20 per person and night (from 15 years of age).

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m.

Reservation – Deposit

After receiving our reservation confirmation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

• up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• in the last week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee

In case of early departure, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
